Osho Buddha Music Zen Garden
Between sounds of music there are gaps of silence. The
authentic music consists not of sounds, but of the gaps. Sounds come and go;
those gaps remain. And music can make you aware of those gaps more beautifully
than anything else; hence I have to say that music comes next to silence. But
it is possible even the musician may not be aware of it, unless his music is
his meditation too. Then, soon, the shift from sounds to
silence.
Man is from heaven and the music is from heaven and whenever
you know the keys of how to open the doors of music you have opened the doors
of heaven also. The secret lies in the music. If you ask me, if there is
a choice between philosophy, religion, science, music; if there is a joice
for me to choose one and all the remaining ones will disappear from the earth,
I will choose music. Because if music is there, religion will follow. It
cannot disappear.

A large amount of incredible music came into existence in Pune 1 like
Music Group with Anubhava (Peter Makena), Colours of Creation, Gurupurnima 1979,
Sufi Dance, Birds on the Wing and many pieces of Chaitanya Hari (Georg Deuter) - Tea
from an Empty Cup, Special Morning Meditation Music series, Ocean of Bliss, Orange Tree,
Riding the Bull, Like the Wind in the Trees, Flowers of Silence, Sea and Silence
(different music then the CD with the same title), Silence Is the Answer / Buddham
Sharanam Gachchami (the original double LP vinyl edition is from 1981 and has 89 min.,
the later edition on 1 CD is shortended to 69 min.). All these tapes are no
longer available.
